Shipping & policies
DreamFlip is a small family business. Everything is made for you after you order, so there's no warehouse and nothing goes to waste.
Made to order, then shipped
We start making your order once it's paid. Making takes 2 to 7 business days, then it ships. We ship to Canada and the United States.

- Some pieces are made by us at home and some by our print partner, so an order can arrive in two parcels. Shipping at checkout already covers both.
- You get an email with tracking when each parcel ships.
- Some pieces made by our partner ship to Canada from the United States. If a delivery company ever asks you for duties or taxes, contact us before paying and we'll sort it out.
- Pre-orders show their closing and shipping dates on the product. If a pre-order can't be made, you get a full refund.
- If your order hasn't shipped within 30 days of the date we gave you, you can cancel it for a full refund.
Exchanges & problems
- Something wrong with it? If a piece arrives damaged, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days. We'll replace it or refund you, and you don't need to send it back.
- Wrong size? Because every piece is made just for you, we can't take returns for a change of mind. Email us within 30 days and we'll make the right size; you cover shipping the new piece.
- Check the size notes on each product before ordering. Size up on the tee for an oversized fit.
Privacy
- Accounts, waitlists and emails are for parents and guardians. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child signed up, email us and we'll delete it.
- We keep what we need to make and ship your order: your name, email, shipping address, phone number and what you bought, plus your points and referral code if you have an account.
- Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. Pieces made by our print partner (Printful) are sent with your name and shipping address so they can deliver them. Our website host and email provider process data on our behalf.
- We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.
- Email us any time to see, correct or delete what we have about you.
